Quality control
Appropriate Quality Control is our priority to be able to execute orders in accordance with the client’s requirements. The experience of employees in combination with appropriate measuring equipment is the basis for maintaining a high level of services and thus the good functioning of the entire production.
We stick to the introduced rules in line with the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015-10 Management System. All measuring tools are certified according to the required deadlines.
We have 2 Quality Control rooms. One of the rooms is designed for measurements at an appropriate temperature, therefore it is properly air-conditioned and there is an ABERLINK Axiom too CMM coordinate measuring machine.
In addition, in our measuring park, we will include, among others:
- Calipers, Mitutoyo micrometers
- Gauges for holes and threads
- TESA height gauges
- Mitutoyo roughness gauges
We have introduced internal rules for intermediate measurements, thanks to which we monitor the performance of elements at every stage of production.
